TWW Solutions is dedicated to provide to our customers the finest, most technically accurate OSHA compliant software available! WE strive to bring you the highest quality product at the greatest value possible. When purchasing TWW Solutions software, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in our software licensing agreement. TWW Solutions is one of the few safety program web businesses that is a complete in-house operation.
All custom Safety Program (IIP) software orders will be processed and shipped within ten working days.
All our WorkPlace Safety Meeting software will be processed and shipped within five working days.
Occasionally though an item maybe delayed. If your order is expected to be delayed of more than a day or two we will contact you prior to your scheduled shipping date for further instructions.
Charges on your credit card statement will be made to TWW Solutions. If you have any questions concerning order processing and/or billing please call us at (928) 317-0100.
International Orders
Payments for international orders must be completed via bank wire transfer. Please contact one of our customer representatives for details. Tax and shipping charges are not automatically calculated on international orders. You will be contacted by our Sales Department within 2 business days of placing an international order to confirm shipping, sales tax and other fees which may be associated with export.
Sales Tax
All sales are subject to sales tax.
Arizona: 5.6% sales tax will be applied.
Arizona / Yuma county: 6.7% tax will be applied
US Locations outside of Arizona: 0%

Your business address, telephone number and the name of your "safety program administrator" must be in your IIP Program for it to comply with OSHA regulations... Therefore we need this information.

We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Our Return policies are as follows:
Damaged software will be gladly replaced for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. You must call to express your desire for an exchange. So we may improve our products in the future, please include a letter outlining your reason for invoking our exchange provision.
As with other software manufacturers, we are unable to accept returns of opened programs for credit.
If you need to return an item due to damage or the program does not meet your companies needs, TWW Solutions will gladly give you credit for use on TWW Solutions website.
