SITE LICENSE AGREEMENT
TERMS OF USE OF THE TWW SOLUTIONS WEB SITE
As a user ("User") of the TWW Solutions ("TWW")
Web Site, using http://www.twwsolutions.com,
("Site") and/or any authorized mirror of the Site, collectively the Site, constitutes your acceptance of this Site License Agreement
("Agreement"), including all terms, conditions, and policies found in the following paragraphs. If you do not agree with all the terms, conditions, and policies of this Agreement, you should promptly exit this
web site.
As a User, it is understood the conditions, terms, and policies embodied in this Agreement have been adopted for the good of the User and TWW. For this reason, TWW reserves the absolute right, without notice, to alter or remove content, or deny access to any User or users to this web site.
This Agreement represents the entire Agreement between the User and TWW and supersedes any prior Agreement, representation, or understanding between the parties. It is understood between the parties that the following terms, conditions, and policies may, from time to time, be changed or modified by TWW without notice, but will be incorporated in future versions of this Agreement. For this reason, it is important that the User frequently visit the site and become familiar with this Agreement's terms, conditions and policies.
It is further understood the User takes full responsibility to read and understand this Agreement, all future changes, and modifications as they become effective in subsequent versions and agrees to abide by them in their entirety, including all applicable laws.
USE OF SITE:
Use of content found on this site is only for private, personal, non-commercial purposes. Any transfer or use of content in any manner must carry appropriate notice of copyright or other proprietary rights, including the terms of use under the provisions of this Agreement.
TWW reserves the absolute right to any public or commercial use of the content of this web site. No use of its content may be used for any public or commercial purpose without the express written permission of TWW or its designated assignee.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:
As a User, you should be aware that all content on the TWW site is copyrighted or trademarked by TWW. The User, only for personal, non-commercial use, may download material on this site and any other use is strictly prohibited.
Sample HTML Help files, images of people, places, content and things on the site are the property of TWW. Use of these images by the User or other third parties is strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted under the terms of this Agreement or in writing by the rights holder. Unauthorized use of these images or content may be contrary to applicable copyright, trademark, and privacy laws.
COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS:
The trademarks, logos and service marks ("Marks") displayed on the Site are
the property of the TWW Solutions. Users are prohibited from using any Marks for any purpose including, but not limited to use as meta-tags, and/or descriptions on other pages or sites on the
World Wide Web without the express written permission of TWW or such third party which may own the Marks.
All trademarks, logos, and service marks, whether registered or
not, found on the site are either the
property of TWW or other third party. No grant of any right should be construed by implication, estoppel, or
otherwise, for use of any TWW, or third party trademark without the express written permission of the holder.
Unauthorized use of any trademarks or other content found on the site is strictly prohibited and TWW or other
third party holder reserves the right to enforce its intellectual property rights or holdings through the full extent
of the law.
All information and content including any software programs available on or through the Site ("Content") is protected by copyright. Users are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works or using any Content available on or through the Site for commercial or public purposes. TWW reserves the
right to remove any Content on the Site which allegedly infringes another person's copyright.

The User may have provided TWW with certain required personal information. Aside from this information,
which is covered in the Privacy Policy, all communication or material initiated by the User and supplied to the
site, by any means, shall be considered by TWW without confidentiality
and to be non-proprietary. These communications or materials may include, but not be limited to, advice, techniques, comments, questions, or
other submissions by the User. In submitting material for use on the TWW site or by the TWW, the User
irrevocably, and for all time, agrees to waive and never assert any rights, and assigns and transfers to TWW,
all their rights, including "moral", to the material, with TWW being free to use it, without obligation, with or
without attribution, for any purpose, in any manner, by any means now known or to be known.
INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, SERVICES & LINKS:
TWW may provide to the User through the site certain information, products, and services, as well as links to other third party provider sites. TWW may, through this site, connect the User, by link to other third party sites. No approval or endorsement of, or liability or responsibility for, is made by TWW with regard to the information provided or anything found on or associated with these sites, including, but not limited to, unwanted third party contact by any manner or means or by the risk of computer damage or infection by viruses.
In providing the foregoing, TWW makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy of any information provided, availability or fitness of any product, service or link for any purpose, nor that providing the foregoing does not infringe on the rights of any third party. Furthermore, the User is responsible and accountable for any and all contact they may initiate or that may be initiated with or between users, or any other User or third party, including the content of any e-mail or bulletin board or other contact, whether through technologies known or to be known, or by any other, direct, interpersonal means or contact.
Additionally, any web site linking to the TWW Site authorizes TWW, by act of creating their initial link, the right to create reciprocal link of any type and/or style

YOU, THE USER, AGREE THAT TWW SOLUTIONS, ITS AFFILIATES, PARTNERS AND ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, ADVISORS, DIRECTORS, CONSULTANTS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION; LOST PROFITS, COST OF PROCURING SUBSTITUTE SERVICE OR LOST OPPORTUNITY) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SITE OR A LINKED SITE, OR WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR A LINKED

THIS LIMITATION ON LIABILITY INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, THE TRANSMISSION OF ANY VIRUSES WHICH MAY INFECT A USER'S EQUIPMENT, FAILURE OF MECHANICAL OR ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT OR COMMUNICATION LINES, TELEPHONE OR OTHER INTERCONNECT PROBLEMS, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, THEFT, OPERATOR ERRORS,
STRIKES OR OTHER LABOR PROBLEMS OR ANY FORCE MAJEURE. TWW SOLUTIONS CANNOT AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE CONTINUOUS, UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE ACCESS TO THE WEB SITE.
LAWS AND REGULATIONS:
User access to and use of the Site is subject to all applicable international, federal, state and local laws and regulations.
JURISDICTION OF GOVERNING LAWS:
Users of this Site agree to submit to the laws of the State of California, United States of America and all applicable federal law and International Treaties without regard to conflicts of laws principles.
